No. They tap a link or scan a QR code and the card lands in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — already installed on their phone. No App Store visit, no account creation, no friction.
Your cards stay active. Your card holders keep their passes. You choose a plan to continue — no data is lost and no customer-facing disruption occurs.
The scanner is a browser-based app — it needs camera permission enabled for the browser on the staff device. Go to the device's browser settings, find the scanner URL, and confirm camera access is set to 'Allow'. If the issue persists, start an AI chat and include your device model and browser version.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Additional locations are configured in your account dashboard. Starter supports 1 location, Growth supports 3, Pro supports 5. If you need more than 5, contact us via AI chat or email.
